Haus of Babylon added in-house tonic blend to our aperitif liquid with a dash of soda to create an exquisite ‘pop and pour’ experience for a traditional spritz. Cardamom, hibiscus and notes of tamarind. Hint of grapefruit and bitter orange with an herbal nose and a well-rounded bitterness for added complexity.
